Andhra Bank is offering special interest rates on housing loans as part its Housing Loan Campaign between August 23 and January 1. During this period, housing loans would be offered at 8.50 per cent fixed interest rate for the first year, according to a release. No processing charges would be levied. The take-over accounts would also be eligible. The offer is valid irrespective of the housing loan limit.
