Kochi-based Asset Homes has opened an apartment hotel — Asset Summit — at Kalamasserry near Kochi. The apartment complex is the first-of-its-kind full-fledged apartment hotel in the State. As many as 90 suite rooms of 500 sq ft each, with modern amenities, would be provided for guests. The apartment hotel provides a different ambience for tourists, business travellers, executives and foreigners. Health Club, multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet hall, ample car parking, wi-fi connectivity, travel desk and modern security arrangements are some of the specialties of the hotel. The hotel is situated on NH by pass near Kalamasserry and is easily accessible from the airport and city. Asset Homes also plans to launch its next apartment project — Asset IPLUS — with 56 suite rooms near Kakkanad Info Park, which would be completed by January 2011. The company also has projects in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
