GURGAON: The Lokayukta has asked the town and country planning department and HUDA officials to appear on January 30 in the Chandigarh office of the Lokayukta and present their version on a Rs 1,70,000 crore scam. The Lokayukta’s action has been taken on the complaint of the Progressive Gurgaon Forum which alleges that the department has been involved in a fraud amounting to more than Rs 1,70,000 crore on the name of development.
