INSTACON-10, India’s first instant building built in 48 hours, on Sunday had a surprise visitor: Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram. Chidambaram, who was in Mohali to launch the ISB campus, visited the 10-storey building to see the unbelievable feat for himself in the evening. Accompanied by local administration officials, he reached the site at 4 pm.
