BDA asked to file fresh affidavit in allotment of “G”cat sites

Bangalore: The Karnataka High Court today directed the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) to file a fresh affidavit regarding the infrastructure provided for the functioning of the three-member committee to examine the allotment of 316 “G” category sites by the BDA. The division bench comprising Justice D V Shylendra Kumar and Justice B Manohar gave the said direction while hearing a contempt petition filed advocate S Vasudeva against the Chief Secretary, Secretary Urban Development and BDA Chairman for alleged non-compliance of the court’s August 25 last order.
