Four booked for selling land using fake documents

GURGAON: Four persons, including a Gurgaon-based couple, have been booked for selling a piece of land without the knowledge of its legal owner, a resident of Bhondsi village. The suspects allegedly used forged documents, including the sale deed. Rajesh Kumar has lodged a complaint with the Bhondsi police saying that recently, he received information that the piece of land, measuring 4 marla (1 marla = 272.25 sq ft), in Bhondsi village, has been sold to someone else. Since Kumar did not sell the land himself, he approached the district administration and found that in the record, his land was shown as being sold to a couple residing in IFFCO Colony,
