Residents brace for battle

GURGAON: Residents of New Palam Vihar colony and the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) are on a collision course after the latter decided to start construction work on the stretch of the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) project close to New Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. HUDA is racing against the March-end deadline for the completion of the project.
