Realtors see cut in legal cases filed by consumers

Gurgaon: The recent announcement of having a state regulatory authority for the real estate sector has evoked mixed reactions from the realtors. Most feel that there might be a drop in the number of cases filed by consumers once the body is in place. It also gives hope to realtors that there might be a single window system for the numerous no objection certificates once the licence has been issued for each project.
