1,044 EWS flats remain unallotted

With 20% of the city’s population still living below the poverty line (BPL), the district administration, even after two-and-half-years, has been unable to allot 1,044 flats to the actual beneficiaries. The flats have been constructed by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) for the economically weaker section (EWS) at Sector 47, in New Gurgaon.
