Cabinet defers decision on HPCA land row

Tribune News Service Shimla, March 2 The Cabinet today put off a final decision on the commercial use of land given to the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) for construction of a five-star hotel in Dharamsala and gave its nod to making the Jakhu aerial ropeway functional after payment of penalty for violations.
