IMC budget to stress on infrastructure development, Rs 20cr for bridges and link roads

INDORE: Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) upcoming budget for 2013-14 will give emphasis on improvement of city infrastructure as budget is expected to allocate around Rs 20 crores for construction of bridges and link roads. It was decided in pre-budget meeting of mayor-in-council and officials. Other infrastructural project which is expected to be taken up in next financial year include developing parking lot, hawkers’ zone and ward office under Manikbagh and Juni Indore Railway over bridges at the cost of Rs 2 crore.
