For access to colonies, Gurgaon developers will have to buy land

To provide access to existing and proposed colonies in Gurgaon, real estate developers will have to secure right of way (RoW) by purchasing land on their own from the land owners. The Town and Country Planning Department has decided to form a three-member committee of developers for each sector to purchase land falling under the 24-m RoW. These decisions were taken at a meeting called to find a solution to the right of way for residents of existing and upcoming colonies.
