Tribune News Service Ludhiana, May 28 Taking a serious note of the nine-month delay in providing information under the Right to Information Act, the State Information Commission has imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on Ludhiana Municipal Corporation Joint Commissioner Ajay Sood. The MC has also been asked to pay a compensation of Rs 4,000 to the complainant. A city resident had sought information on five points pertaining to the sealing orders issued against some buildings in Zone C since January 2002 on August 10, 2012. After failing to get the information, the applicant, Karandeep Singh, approached the State Information Commission, which directed the MC to provide the information. But
