JAIPUR: The Rajasthan high court on Wednesday pulled up the state authorities for not complying its order for removal of encroachment from Amanishah Nullah. “Do the state authorities wish to see the volcano erupt. Don’t take our patience for a ride. Enough is enough. The orders are required to be complied with, we have already granted enough time for removal of encroachments and now lame excuses are being made for non-compliance,” observed Chief Justuce Amitava Roy. The division bench of the Chief Justice and Justice V S Siradhana was annoyed with the explanation by respondents in a PIL filed by one P L Mendola and others seeking removal of encroachments
